Need a website?  Want a blog?  You’ve come to the right place!   We will explain the difference between the two and show how they can be one — a  Web-log. 

There are three types:of sites:  a simple Blog with only a Home page of posts; a more expanded Web-log  (like this site) with a Home page of posts plus static pages; or a  regular Website that consists of only static pages without posts.

Click a Web or Blog Sample on the right column to see a Home page example. Then click their URL (Web address) to go to a live site.

Blog, an abbreviated word for web-log is a Web-based journal in which people can publish their thoughts and opinions and share their experiences on the Internet. It is everyone’s home on the Internet and probably their number one large bragging venue. Anyone can start a blog. It’s straight-forward and, in many cases, can be as low as 100 dollars.

 Anyone can start a blog but not everyone knows how to write a blog people actually want to read. What can bloggers do to keep visitors coming back for more, again and again, after their initial visit?
